Hi, Folks,
Thanks for visiting our site.
I'd like to tell you a little about what it's like to live here in Shoshone County.
The County spreads and stretches quite a bit and like most Counties, we have our fair share of the different kinds of people. Yeah, we are all different shapes, sizes, colors, but we all agree on these few things; we love Shoshone County, we love Idaho, and we love these U.S. of A.

Who are we?
We are men and women who call Shoshone County our home. We are loggers, miners, truck drivers and bike riders, shop owners and shoppers; employees and employers. Some of us are younger than you might expect. We are the diners, waiters and waitresses you meet and chat with at the restaurant. We are the man or woman you wave to as you drive by us on the streets. We are tradesmen, craftsmen, professionals ... workers of all kinds. Some of us are unemployed. Some of us are retired. We are quick learners and good teachers. We all love America. We attend churches, lodges and support civic groups and school sports. We hunt, fish and love the outdoors. A few of us have trouble getting outdoors.
